"Could be a little more attentive to shuttle needs. Had to call twice to get a pick up at the airport. Kind of scary when it’s midnight when you get in and you don’t get to the hotel till 1 o’clock. Everyone we met in the hotel was quite pleasant. Excellent breakfast presentation. We would stay again. Called down to ask where the remote for the television was, said they’d call back didn’t have time to talk at the moment. They were checking someone in. Didn’t call back. Not a big deal to us, but could really tick some people off."

"My husband and I stayed here for a few days to attend the Hans Zimmer Live concert this past weekend and we both enjoyed CQ hotel! Our hotel room was clean and quiet and we didn’t have any complaints with the amenities. I will say however that the AC is a little tricky to figure out at first and the toilet doesn’t flush properly if you don’t put the TP in a certain way but that might be a water issue in the building, not just an issue with CQ specifically since the Elephant Bar next to it had the same issues. Overall, I would rate the hotel a 9/10 for the location and hospitality and we would recommend it to others as well. "
