"The three Goetz siblings and their extended family of 18 total slept comfortably at the Perch! Beautiful view of Horseshoe Canyon! Near to the Buffalo River and Lost Valley Trail plus others. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our family meals. Spacious dining tables for eating and games! Outdoor fire pit was lovely! Very clean and well kept facility. Would highly recommend! Communication with the host was quick and easy!"

"Exactly as described! Wonderful spacious home with all the amenities you'd need. We book rentals most often to save on dining out so we love a fully stocked kitchen. This was, by far, the best kitchen we've used! They truly thought of everything. Rooms were comfy, hot tub was lots of fun in the snow. Would return! "

"Check-in was great, the house was clean. Had the number of bedrooms we needed but there was one thing that made in shy of perfect of our expectations. That was that the septic had backed up in the backyard. Fortunately it had not gotten to backing up inside the house, and did not during our stay. Maintenance came to photograph and document. "We so enjoyed the location. We so enjoyed watching the deer, had seven doe's one morning playing in the yard, the two small bucks came later in the day. The crows were fun to watch as well as all the birds in the bird feeder. Had a fun time, fixed some great meals, saw some great country, and met some very nice people. "

"The house was perfect for our family. We had enough room for our entire group which ranged from newborn to grandpa. The downstairs play area was the focal point for our get together and the pool table was a used extensively. We look forward to coming back. "
