"This house is a great size for a larger family or friend’s getaway. My husband and I stayed here with our two larger dogs for a last minute mini vacation. We had a very quick drive to Keel’s Creek Winery as well as many other great Eureka stops. The gravel driveway was easy to traverse in our car. They are truly dog friendly and there was plenty of outdoor space for hammocks or bonfire gatherings. We will return with friends in the future. "The property was wonderful! We were very impressed with the number of towels provided. It looked as though there used to be house numbers on the post at the end of the driveway. It would be helpful for them to be there. We drove past the first time. A bathroom downstairs would be helpful. (Maybe something could be added in the laundry room?) overall it was great!"

"Check-in was great, the house was clean. Had the number of bedrooms we needed but there was one thing that made in shy of perfect of our expectations. That was that the septic had backed up in the backyard. Fortunately it had not gotten to backing up inside the house, and did not during our stay. Maintenance came to photograph and document. "The exterior photos do not do this place justice. Super clean and very comfortable for my wife and I. The morning views of the river valley and the distant mountains are incredible! Highly recommend this, close to Berryville and Eureka but out of town country feel."
