"From the initial contact at reception for booking in with a welcoming friendly greeting, to checking out after a restful, quiet and comfortable stay, it's been a pleasant overnight stop off on our journey through France to the UK. Ideally located just off the motorway, but it's very quiet. There are numerous places to eat close by. We didn’t use any, but friends have frequently used them and have been happy with what they've ordered (showing your Kyriad room key wallet gets a price reduction from some businesses)."

"The hotel was reasonably priced and very well placed for getting into Rouen, catch T4 or F9 buses, about 15-20 minutes. The bus card for a number of rides worth getting and this also gives you discounts on museums. The hotel is 4 years old, good basic rooms. A buffet breakfast available for €8.90pp and snack meals also, microwave in reception. Some good local restaurants, 2-5 minutes walk. Secure ground level parking."

"Excellent staff and easy check in, room was very comptable with clean bedding and great shower ( Ibis styles ) breakfast was plentiful, great choices . Easy access out of Rouen and up to Dieppe. Would recommend ! Easy straight walk about 15 mins into old town. "

"Rooms are tired and shabby.need updating. Only one plug in for phone charging etc. Bathroom wc dirty no extractor fan working mould around bath. Corridor carpets dirty and stained. Hotel rooms need refurbishment. Staff overworked but helpful."

"I am a tour guide and visited many places and stayed at many different hotels and I can say with confidence that this hotel and its facilities were exceptional. The room I stayed in was very clean,there were several amenities I have not seen at any other hotels, such as a razor,comb,toothbrush. The location was close to dowtown and there is a Lidl right acoss the hotel. I can reccomened this hotel to anyone who wishes to stay in Rouen. "

"Clean and simple. Everything works. The room is basic with not a lot of bag space but just perfect for a night in transit. The hotel reception, bar and restaurant are spacious. The breakfast is typically healthy, European and light."

"Lovely hotel. Very friendly. Nice clean room, decent size. Very welcoming entrance. Nice looking pool area (we weren’t thrrr long enough to stay). Great breakfast choices. It is not near the centre of Rouen, but we were only passing through so worked really well for us. My family all said we would stop there again in future years."
