"Property was beautiful with lush gardens. Convenient location to restaurants and shops. The 4 pools were clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. Definetly felt safe and welcomed. Our room was smaller then expected but contained the essentials. We stayed during a very wet season, so clothes stayed damp and was a bit of musty smell in room. Even though it rained everyday, there was still lots to do. I would definetly recommend this property and stay here again. "

"I had such an amazing experience at this property in Nosara. Coltin was an excellent host and he answered all of our detailed questions from beginning to end. He was extremely responsive and on top of every little detail. The property was very clean and everything was just like the photos. Jumping in the pool after a long day at the beach and one day, we walked to the beach for an adventure. I would recommend this 10 out of 10"

"We had to leave a day early. There was construction going on next to us which we were not told about ahead of time. They are building more bungalows. Between the open netting at the ceiling and windows without curtains, it was noisy and we had no privacy. In addition we waited 15 minutes and didn’t get hot water for the shower the last two mornings we were there. The beach was not walking distance as advertised. "This house is beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay. Marbella is a pretty town with a small market but not many places to eat. "Gabriela the owner was ever so cordial. We arrived after 20 hours of airline problems. Also a great deal of rain plus the shuttle from airport to the hotel did not show. We were exhausted. Our room was clean not over decorated but comfy. We slept well woke to more rain but Gabriella helped us detour the roadside runoff so could have a nice breakfast. Hard to judge property when it has been raining cats and dogs but we were welre welcomed with a smile and felt safe"

"The Host Ben is very responsive and kind. I wanted to experience living among the Ticos and we loved it. This place is unique and cozy for the 4 of us girls. There are some minor upgrades needed but we are so easygoing that it was not a bother. We survived a huge thunderstorm and no power for just a couple hours. The property has 2 cats. Also each bedroom has air conditioning and we enjoyed Netflix in the evening. This area is definitely a surf town and several restaurants walking distance....
