"We cannot say enough positive things about the gardenia garden house. It was a wonderful location to explore the beaches and hiking spots around Chania, and experience the lovely culture of the people of Sternes. It is within 10 minutes of the airport but feels a world away. Comfortable furnishings surrounded by lemon and olive trees,herbs to cook with in its well equipped kitchen all made it a comfortable home for us. Hoping to return to this lovely spot!"

"Katerina was very communicative before and during our stay. The house is finished beautifully, and very well outfitted. We enjoyed the small outdoor terrace. The only negative was the limited space for clothing. Since there were only 2 of us we used the loft for our bags, but it was still tight. "The Seaside Villa had damage to do a water pipe burst when we arrived. At first we were very disappointed. But due to high construction on roads in direct area along the beach and the vacant building next door (Scary) we ended up being happy that we had to move. "Really enjoyed our six weeks stay in Thomas house, everything you need is there and a nice pool to cool off, the outdoor space is great and the sunset are just amazing every evening , the small village at the back of the house Kokkino Chorio has two nice taverna and the food is really good, the small supermarket is lovely run by Georgos all within 5 minutes walk only one negative six weeks isn't long enough. "I had torn my achilles tendon just before my stay here so accessibility was an issue to some degree. No rooms had ramps or had ground floor accessibility.
