"It was very close not even 5 minutes from the train station. The directions are very misleading. There is a front desk there is no need to call before you get there. It is true the May if you are arriving late in the afternoon you need to call because there won’t be anyone there but we got there at around 10 and there was plenty of service available. They held our luggage after check out time while we went to Machu Picchu and Emeegency picked it up when we got back and went to the train. The...
