"The hotel was fine and good value for money apart from the receptionist parking her car in the handicapped/disabled car space which I vacated to take my daughter to the rail station at 5:15 am and returned at 6:00 am. I note that she did not move her vehicle although I asked whos car it was and she proudly said that it was hers."

"As you can see Metz station just down the road from the hotel room, it is clearly well-located when travelling by train. The selected room was quite large and clean and tidy on arrival. Breakfast is a real bargain (especially compared with other hotels of a similar category) and had an excellent choice of drinks and breakfast foods and anything else you require can be found at the station"

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clearly renovated recently. I was with a baby and the layout was great- entry hall with WC and a door to the room, so i was ablw to meave the srroller and shoes there, shower/sink area also had a door. Furniture was simple... i felt comfortable letting my little one crawl around and pull herself up. There was one spot that housekeeping missed (under the luggage rack) so i used my suitcase to block it. Only cons were: Steps at both entrances. Staff...

"This hotel room was amazing, excellent view of the cathedral, lovely furnishings and super quiet. Has a kettle and cups for making tea. Staff very helpful and polite. Breakfast was good. Just one thing, our rooms air con/heating, had a weird loud intermittent buzz sometimes, especially noticeable at night. But overall a marvellous place to stay."

"The air conditioning barely worked. The supposedly great restaurant was “on vacation” - during peak tourism season! There was no extra lock on my room door or chain for security. Although I hung out the sign saying I did not want housekeeping, the housekeeping staff opened my door (because there was no way to lock it) while I was undressed so I had to yell at them to stop. The light switches are so complicated that even the staff found it difficult to explain them. If there was a safe for...
