"The view from this property is amazing. The distance to town was not bad. The food in the town of Montezuma was wonderful too. Peter was a great host and we had all that we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed the covered patio watching the sun rise in the AM. And we took full advantage of the pool during the heat of the day. We will be back to visit for sure!!!"

"VRBO search led us to this spectacular-view property. Listed tips: ---*extremely* glad we had a 4WD vehicle, lots of unpaved/hole- and trench-laden roads. ---Specific arrival directions were not sent until our arrival day, so access was limited while traveling; we found them after arrival. ---Montezuma itself is a very small town with a few restaurants, Mini-supers and B&B/hostels, mostly surfers and some locals; we would hesitate to drive in there after dark (which happens at around 6:00 pm)...

"This was a great stay. Less than 5 min to the beach, there is a dirt path across the street. Everyone who tends to the property is so very helpful. We arrived way later than planned and Richard was so accommodating. He even carried our bags up. The place was super cute, pool was a great way to end the day. "This was our second time staying at MaryArte. The house is located right on Playa San Miguel, which is a beautiful natural beach (we even saw a sea turtle this time). The house is spacious and clean. Lots of shade and places to relax including the pool area. We love the outdoor kitchen which is well equipped. The host is welcoming and easy to reach. Thank you again for a lovely stay, we can't wait for next year!"
