"This nice little apartment in Courseulles-sur-Mer was just right for a short stay. We had everything we needed.The view of the marina with the sea behind was lovely, with the loggia providing shelter in case of bad weather. It is a convenient base for visiting the D Day landing sites and easy to get to the ferry ports. However the car park is not directly beside the apartment, which made it more complicated to load and unload the luggage."

"When we arrived Geraldine, the host was here to meet us. Even though our train had been laid and delayed several times. She took us to upstairs to the apartment and gave us a tour of everything and showed us how everything worked. "Hosts are wonderful. Could not do enough for us. Unfortunately we had difficulty finding the place as the address on the Vrbo web site took us to the wrong end of the long road. Communication was challenging and fortunately the host found us. Really quiet location. Only a short walk to sword beach. Comfortable accommodation. Close to supermarkets and Caen. Unfortunately we forgot to bring our Euro plug converter so if you are from uk make sure you take it. Plenty of plug outlets accommodation....

"A lovely loft apartment steps from a 12/13th century church, 2 bakeries and a little cafe/bar. Minutes to several small restaurants and a short drive to the beach. Apartment was spacious and clean with nice furniture. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had most of what we needed. The down sides: no towels provided, which is tough if you’re travelling light. Also, no on-site laundry. The kitchen was also low on supplies such as garbage bags & paper towel. We really enjoyed our stay!"

"I absolutely loved the walkability of Bayeux. This apartment is in an excellent location - safe, quiet neighborhood, close to great restaurants, shops & major tourist sites. Parking was convenient. The apartment had all the equipment that we needed, especially appreciated the clothes washer. A note of caution for anyone with mobility or visual issues - the stairs are steep, the exterior door opens out and the exterior area leading to the street is poorly lit after dark."

"The reason we booked this apartment was that they advertised baby cots, which I reserved and emailed separately to confirm. When we were arrived they confirmed a cot was set up in the room for us.
