"La Casa Roja was everything we hoped for and exactly as presented. We loved watching the monkeys daily right off the living room balcony. We even spotted a sloth and enjoyed checking on him daily. We had a chef come in one night for supper and recommend trying that a least once. Wai was extremely helpful for all of our needs and requests. We were close to some excellent restaurants and enjoyed the area tremendously. "

We opted for the private chef for all of our dinners and this turned out to be a great move. The chef offered an expansive and fresh menu—and the flexibility to change plans when we caught a mahi mahi. The house is very clean, secure and a great place to watch wildlife in the jungle. Concierge service is a huge value. Will definitely come back!"

"The house is really special. Super spacious with everything you could want for a holiday. The pool was a massive hit with the kids, and having bedrooms on different floors was really useful for our 2 families to feel like we had our own spaces. The beds were so comfy and there were towels for the house and the pool. A perfect stay"

"Five of us stayed for five nights. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The home owner supplied us with detailed instructions to get to the house and the property manager was quick to answer all of our questions.It really is a nice secluded property but close to everything we needed. Would stay again. Also, we awoke every morning to the sound of toucans in the trees."

"Amazing property! It is a bit of a drive from San Jose, but well worth it. We saw every animal we were hoping to see right from the patio ( except a sloth ). The house itself was amazing and had everything you would want to feel at home. Wil was quick to respond to every question and request that we had, and everyone on his staff were amazing. Be prepared there are bugs, you’re in the rainforest, but they were some of the coolest things to see. This was a hard place to leave. Thank you Suzanne...
