"We were only here for a stop over but found it friendly and they had excellent communication. Would have liked the opportunity to stay longer. "

"A lot of potential and room for improvement. When staying with my partner and son the road is very bumpy and it’s a long drive from the main road so have a car handy. The staff need training in customer service as well. When we ordered dinner there were things on the menu that weren’t available and they charge $12 for 1L of water. The pool wasn’t cleaned. There were plumbing issues as well as from out bathroom to outside hallway smelt like sewage and waste. Breakfast said it started at 7 however...

"2nd visit to Lemanumea. We love the clean and spacious rooms? Esp the outdoor bathroom! Super safe property, easy parking, helpful and friendly staff. The only feedback I could give would be lighting at night time to/from rooms can be quite difficult. We had to use our mobile phones as I have 2 young kids. Other than that, highly recommend this hotel! Best in Apia!!!"

"We stayed in Fale Lina, one of the over the water fales. Surrounded by crystal clear aqua-blue water we spent hours on our large patio watching ocean ripples for sea turtles. (Which we saw often!) Each morning I’d grab my mask and fins and snorkel out to the nearby reef for a closer look at the abundance of sea life. "The hotel was great for us overall, though it could use a bit of a refresh as it’s starting to feel a little dated. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the swimming pool, conveniently located right outside our villa, was a highlight of our stay. This hotel was truly amazing when it first opened, and we would love to see it restored with some updates to bring it back to its full potential."

"The owners are lovely, the view of the jungle, the city and the ocean are fantastic. The room was well vented as we didn't need air con. The rooms are dated and need a deeper clean, but excellent value for what you pay for. If you don't mind being twenty-plus minutes from the city and remote, this is a gem"

"We had a beautiful stay and Tim and Maria’s home. They were so welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay. The grounds were immaculately kept by gardener Ioane. Great big space for families. Clean and tidy and kept nice and cool with fans in every room. Well equipped kitchen, great washing machine and restful living areas. Hosts were wonderfully polite and easy to communicate with. Poor cellphone reception if you don’t plan on driving to town daily. Wifi available but not always reliable....
