"I can't say enough great things about their customer service. From the moment we got off the plane to the time they dropped us off at the airport. I never lifted a finger. It almost feel like we had our personal butlers. They greeted us with towels as soon as we got off the water, brought us water with out being asked. Gave us pillows for our backs when we sat down. Johny and Ben were the ones we had the most contact with. They anticipated all of our needs and specially great with kids. They were great and brought out toys and played with them making sure the kids enjoyed themselves. The kids looked for them every day. They had towels prepared for us to take when we went island hoping. All the staff were great Fe was our server during our breakfast and she was very accommodating. We had welcome drinks and a refreshing towels upon arrival. We had bowl of fruit and and had turn down service every night. "

"We liked the vibe at this busy, family orientated hotel. The hotel transfer from/to the airport was seamless. The rooftop area for the ocean view was lovely and we enjoyed the daily fire dancing shows. The hotel breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff attentive, helpful and friendly. Our rooms were poolside so the constant traffic & noise from the pool was annoying at times. Our rooms also had step in bath/showers so not good for mobility impaired guests."

"First time to Boracay. We’d selected Station 3 as it appeared to be a quieter area. The Coco Loco Hotel was great. The Bar was chill; the ladies serving at the Bar were cheerful, lovely, smiling and happy to chat. The ‘two for one’ drinks (all day long) for guests of the Hotel was a bonus and the music was just the right vibe (combing old with new). Our room was comfortable, good beds, hot shower and quiet. The restaurant served good food and the breakfast selection excellent. All of the staff were so pleasant. It’s been going since 1979 and will be going a long time yet. "

"I liked that this resort was right on the beach and super accessible. I also liked how breakfast was included. Since it is also right on the beach, there are other restaurants and activities to do near by. The staff was also pretty friendly. However, the bathroom could have been cleaner and I didn't like that we had to ask a few times to have trash picked up since there was no basic check-in. We also had a large hibernating spider inside our room and saw a rat outside when we checked in. I also didn't like that we had to haul our luggage down the beach because there is no road directly leading to the resort. "
