"Mandala staff go above and beyond! They are truly the highlight of a stay here. So helpful and kind. All the little things are taken care of without you having to ask. Airport transfer - done. Room cleaned while having your spa service - done. The spa is also really nice and super relaxing. I highly encourage anyone staying here to take advantage of the spa. "Overall this place is absolutely wonderful. Other than the HUGE pool, the service from everyone is just exceptional. Rooms are spacious and clean with nice bathroom. The breakfast is full of options. Quite expensive pool bar menu for the Philippines, in some cases more expensive than what you could find in a western country. Good food. But then again, they are a 5* hotel. Overall we had a great stay. Fantastic if you are exhausted and just want to chill out."

"Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. There were good and bad things but if I was to go back I could stay there again. It’s a cheaper option than other hotels in station 2/3 as it’s still a bit of a walk there (20 min to station 2 for example) and therefore is located in a quieter area away from the crowds - that was a must for me. The beach is great, right in front of the hotel and is mostly empty as most people go to the beach nearer the area of station 2 so that was also perfect for peace...

"The hotel is almost too big. Staff were friendly, but I prefer the smaller resort hotels in the Philippines. Staff are more attentive and it feels more homely. Hotel restaurant was expensive but goods. Five minute walk to the beach or transportation out front to get there easier. Pool was big and nice. There is a gym as well so that was convenient overall it was a good stay."
