"We've stayed in this perfect house twice, back to back in two years for our Winter Girls' Getaway. We love this house so much. As soon as you walk in the door you feel at home and comfortable. The living room area is perfect for gathering to watch movies. The fireplace is easy to operate and a lovely addition to the room. We were easily able to walk downtown for dinner and the house was comfortable and well-furnished to hang out and get a good night's sleep. The backyard is also very nice - I just wish it hadn't been raining! Some of the bedroom and bathroom doors don't latch all the way, but that was not a problem for us."

"A very cozy and well-appointed house. Very comfortable furniture, lovely coffee bar, and well-stocked kitchen. A perfect getaway for a ladies’ weekend away. We very much enjoyed Shawnee State Park and the charming town of Bedford a short 30-min drive away. Only slight downside: it can be nerve-wracking turning into to driveway (right off busy 4-lane Rt. 30), and it was difficult to initially find as we arrived at night. Communication with the host was great. Would definitely stay here again! "

"The property is an older stone home with beautiful woodwork. The weekend we were there was extremely cold. I’m a cold natured person so for me to sleep warm I slept on the living room couch and was comfy. 3 of the others were comfortable in the bedrooms. My son slept on the couch in the other living room. All in all it was a very nice colonial stone home in a safe neighborhood. "
