"Hartford Hall is a nicely appointed hotel and pub in Northwich, situated between Chester and Manchester. My room was very comfortable with a big bed, a nice bathroom and shower, and good tea/coffee facilities including a coffee machine with pods. The downsides were the windows could do with replacing as my window wouldn't shut completely, meaning I could regularly hear the traffic going by. Thankfully there wasn't really a draft as the radiator was working well. With earplugs I slept fine but...

"We loved the location and the rooms,we had a room overlooking the River Dee. The room looked to be clean on anrrival but around the edges was full of dust and the bathroom again just needed that little extra touch. Check in was easy and friendly. Bonus was free parking. Just unfortunate the restaurant was closed (we did know about this) Overall we would stay again."

"We enjoyed a very pleasant overnight stay at The Partridge, and were impressed with the room standard and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. We ate both dinner and breakfast at the adjoining pub and were pleased with everything we ordered. Lots of parking available, and very convenient to the M56, while at the same time feeling very rural. We look forward to returning next time we're in the area."

"Stunning pub with stunning rooms. So good in fact we are coming back in a few weeks time. Breakfast was amazing and staff are very welcoming and friendly. We have been to Chester countless times and never been in here before. That's going to change!"

"Very comfortable bed, room was nicely dark and peaceful too once the live band finished about 10.45pm. Only 1 working plug socket in room 10 but we coped. We would certainly stay again."

"Stayed at the silk rooms on our first visit to knutsford. We were in the area as were attending a friends wedding. We would have loved to have visit the restaurant beneath the rooms, however aware that this was under refurbishment. Room was amazing! Clean, comfortable and spacious. Thank you so much. "

"We are regular visitors to The Bridge and have always found staff friendly and helpful. Although the decor en route to rooms is a little worn the bedrooms themselves are nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. The restaurant is a useful facility and provides good value for money"

"The Courthouse hotel is beautifully decorated and our room was spacious and tastefully decorated. The bar staff were so polite and attentive end even made me Zombie cocktails which were off the menu and where the best I've had in many years. Thank you for a lovely stay. We'll definitely be back. "

"One night stay along with our 15yr old son. All 3 of us stayed in the same room which was very spacious, set out lovely and very clean. We were impressed with the decor and fealt comfortable right from first entering. Yes it could do with a bit of an update but nothing to worry about at all. The management and staff couldn’t be more helpful during our stay right from checking in to having a bite to eat and a few drinks in the bar. "Lovely quiet location, beautiful gardens. Our son loved the tree ladders! Beautiful views from the decked areas and of course the hot tub topped it all off. Great communication from the owner paul. We'll definitely be back for another chilled weekend. "
