"This Super 8 highly exceeded our expectations. The room was very spacious with a good carpet and in very good condition. There were 2 doors: 1 to the interior hallway and the other directly to our parking spot, enabling very easy access. Staff were friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was of good quality. The food included fresh fruit, yogurt and cooked selections, as well as the usual baked goods and appropriately hot beverages. All the above provided a very good start to the day."

"The cottage is nicely set up with everything you could need. Very clean and well laid out. We arrived to a little smore box and cute note that the kids just loved. Our stay was relaxing and quiet. The Lake is beautiful and it’s nice to be in the bay as it is quieter and not as much lake traffic. I would stay here again and would recommend to friends looking for a quiet time away from the city. "This cottage is beautiful and located right on the water. It seems like it was recently renovated and was just as nice on the inside as the outside. There’s an absolutely enormous front lawn which was great for games, and the lakefront was shallow and sandy. The part we loved most was the patio set directly on the dock; made it very easy to spend hours lazing in the sun! The hosts were very easy to contact and got back to us quickly. Loved it!"

"We had an amazing week!! The property is beautiful!! The only negative was that we had no cleaning spray? Also no oils sugar or spices to cook with. We were missing a measuring cup and measuring spoons to do any kind of baking. I ended up driving to mount laurier to buy because I love baking ❤️ This was the only negative! "First thing to know is that this cottage does not have wifi or cellular service available!!!!!!! You can make a phone call but it will likely drop if you move. I made the error of assuming that a place that listed a Smart TV would have to have wifi. The host notified me the day before our trip that there would be no WiFi, no firewood (found out that the place is heated by a combination of radiant and wood stove!) and we were “strongly encouraged” to bring our own linens… So more glamping than...
