"Stayed here for our 41st anniversary. Close to downtown, the springs were just across the street but we did not know and there is nothing in the brochures. Stayed in the cabins although would have preferred the hotel which included a microwave and mini frig. Those were not available in the cabins. Continental breakfast was sparse, would have been nice to at least have dry cereal. Luckily we are not big breakfast people. Too many sweets. Location was nice, close to many attractions....

"Overall we had a good experience. Comfortable beds, quiet room, furnishings were a little dated. The front desk girl was less than pleasant. I asked for help with the free shuttle and the best she could offer was “check the website and google maps”. Breakfast was good, no eggs or breakfast meat offered. "

"We stayed two nights and enjoyed it thoroughly. Its the perfect location for historic Manitou. Walking distance to absolutely everything! Bed was very comfortable and sheets were super soft. Room was very spacious! Would definitely book with them again!"

"Huge rooms, older place, very cozy. If you need a good place to get some rest for the night its great. Flowing creek behind with lots of wildlife. Super friendly squirrels and mule deer."

"We enjoyed staying here. The entire unit is very charming and much bigger than staying at hotel. The unit we stayed in has a large living room area. Everything in here seems fairly new. It is very clean. This place is not right in downtown Manitou Springs which is great (less noise and no crowds) yet very convenient to do everything (Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, hiking in the area). The staffs are wonderful and friendly. It’s a great place to stay. "
