The host was wonderful and responsive, we enjoyed the hot tub and the fact it felt secluded while being right in town. The space is inviting and the bed was really comfortable for being small. "Great location. Main part of manitou within mins. Nice small town with dining options in both directions. We went there for the manitou incline, very close to it, as well as pike peak. Room was clean, staff friendly, comfy bed (memory foam). Fridge, microwave. Nice deep tub to soak in. I'd stay here again if in the area"

"The room smelled mildew because of how old the property was. The renovation was done nicely. The towels were thin. Could use a towel rack in the bathroom. The outlet in the bathroom was behind the mirror. The room is decorated nicely. The price was perfect. Really enjoyed our stay. "

"Nice clean spacious room. The toilet and shower are separate from the sink area. I would recommend this motor lodge to friends and would stay here again. This is a cute town definitely worth visiting when you are in the Pike’s Peak area. "
