"Excellent hotel to stay at for the one night we were visiting Kansas City. The location was perfect. Close to the Convention Center and good restaurants. Good free parking for residents which I found to be unusual for a downtown hotel. "

"The hotel lived up to the Marriott expectations. The room was nice and large and very comfortable. I really like that. The lobby restaurant is open until midnight and had plenty of tables and spaces for people to gather. My only negative comment would be that I ordered room service for breakfast and it was served in takeout containers. I miss the old room service cart with linens and a pot of coffee. Also, there are a lot of homeless people in this area and I witnessed homeless entering the hotel quite a few times. I want to say that the security staff was extremely respectful and professional in addressing these people when they enter the hotel and I thought they did a great job. "
