"Absolutely amazing experience, the absolute best location, France public transport is efficient and easy to use , i was hesitant being Australian and using a car for every thing in Australia, but it was great.We are a family of 5 and made it work within the space we had , the insulation was phenomenal in winter, and had no ussues in drying our clothes. "My wife, two daughters and I had a great stay. The apartment is well equipped and modern, also very cozy. We don't mind a smaller space so this fit our needs well. The loft bed is comfy and private. The sofa was comfortable per our daughters. We loved the location. Make sure to message the host before your arrival to retrieve the key. It's located in a lock box a few blocks away on the exterior of the building. The host got back with any questions promptly. Overall, A for us. "

"Literally 50 yards from the Rue Cler, with the greatest cafes and restaurants and markets! Oh, the food! Wow! About 100 yards from the metro! 10 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower! The place itself was quaint, older, as one might imagine in a 300 year old building, comfortable, and everything worked! Olivier, the manager, was a most excellent host, who gave great counsel on how to use everything in the apartment, which included the keys, the washer/dryer combo, the TV and cable, the WiFi, etc!...
