"The staff were super helpful and cheerful. The property is spacious, quiet and very well kept. Loved the tiled floor in my room and the a/c kept it cold. Plenty of drawers for my clothes but I wished there were some chairs to sit on inside the room. One problem we had was with the TV. "I will start by saying, the staff was really pleasant, but there were some issues with the place. First, the hot water heater was out and we were told that it would be fixed, but that never happened. Second, they offer free WiFi and it was very weak, coming in and out during the day and at night not at all. "Our family and friends had a great overall stay at bolt hole. Staff were very friendly and attentive and made great meals. Property is very clean inside and very well kept outside. Back veranda, infinity pool, hammock and view of the ocean were all outstanding.
