"This cute chalet was perfect for our early family christmas celebration and very close to both the Wild Animal Park and Callaway Garden's Festival in Lights. "The cabin was cozy. I didn’t like having to check in and out at an office. I prefer a lock code or more flexibility with the checkin/out process (the office staff were extremely friendly and courteous) The cabin was clean, but every single one of the chalets we viewed had carpet in the bedrooms and it was old/ outdated. It would have felt cleaner with no carpet. Overall, we had a nice relaxing time and would like to return with our children."

"Pine mountain chalets resort was a cute place to stay. HOWEVER this cabin was a dump. Needs a good thorough clean and revamp. Mattresses, appliances, blinds and bedding all need to be replaced. It needs some basic maintenance such as filling holes in walls and repainting. TVs were a joke. Couldn’t get dvd player to work. Couldn’t even give my grandkids a bath because there was no plug in bathtub! No hairdryer, shampoo or dish washing soap. Walkway to cabin is rotten in places. We left a...

"Let me start by saying we ended up leaving after the first night. We got there and didn’t have entry info, couldn’t get in touch with anyone, and the sister(?) from next door ended up coming over to help us. Upon entry the floor was tore up and there was roach poop in all of the appliances and cabinets. We found one bed with rat poop and pee under the blanket. It says private but it’s not. I reached out to ask about a refund as we didn’t stay and have heard nothing back. Over 1500 bucks we will...

"Beautiful view of lake, quiet and tranquil setting. Comfortable mattresses and furniture. Easy to work with management...very responsive. Only complaint -- the place could be cleaner. Not sure if spiders can be avoided at this time of year, but found a few in upstairs bedroom. "
