"This felt like you were staying with a local family because they stay on the lodge property too. The staff was amazing and caring. The property is in a beautiful area and the guides have things to do multiple times a day. The meals were home cooked and offered a lot of variety. Overall I can’t say enough about the people and the location and the service. Suggestions for travelers include not taking a big suitcase, leave that at a hotel in Manaus and pack just the clothing needed for the lodge....

"The staff were very helpful, friendly and went above and beyond. The hotel does not look at all like the photos. They are very old as the hotel is not updated. The old style tube TV is indicative of the condition of the hotel. Internet did not work in the rooms and worked moderately in the lobby. Location in middle of Cento Market which is great in the day, but unsafe after dark. The hotel entrance is kept locked at all times. We were the only tourists in the 115 room hotel. The other 15 guests...

"Friendly staff, I’m giving a bad review because of the food, breakfast okay for most part as long you don’t eat at hotel you good. I got diarrhea from the expired food. the food in menu for room service taste like trash and very expensive. I stay 3 weeks and I ate at studio 5 cheap and so amazing. "
