Good location. Staff very helpful. Breakfast had plenty of choice and was open for a long time. Room was spacious & comfortable. Overall the hotel was a little tired though.

Nice Hotel in the busy city
In the city. Good location for stores. Older building. Front desk area smells nice. Room had toilet flushing issue and was changed promptly to another room. Our son enjoyed the roof too pool a lot. Breakfast was good.

It’s great! A few downsides though..
There was only two channels on the tv but the food was good, a lot of options vegetarian and vegan. Also it was pretty big and the pool looked nice. The breakfast had reasonable times. The were ok but overall this was a great hotel. The location was awesome grocery stores and the theatre was right beside us. Uber pickup was easy and fast. It would be best if you came with someone or even two people, because the room has a lot of space. Totally recommend!!

This place is awful. DO NOT DO IT, THERE IS NOT A JUSTIFIABLE REASON ON EARTH TO STAY HERE. The location is fine I guess, but one would almost rather be outside suffering in the heat than return to this rundown and poor excuse for lodging. I am quite tolerant of bad quality, but this goes beyond the mark. I knew not to have my expectations to high when I saw the price, but, I am just insulted by what I found here. The bathtub, in the photos, is so disgusting and deteriorating that the bottom of it bent and wobbled as if it were about to give out in the bottom. I will be quite surprised if it doesn't collapse in the next few weeks. The mattress, filthy and falling apart, was made with only one not-fitted sheet. So, not only do you have no covers, but when you wake up, you have found yourself bathing in the horror of the brown-stained exploding foam mattress. When we went to call the front to ask for a new sheet, the phone doesn't work. When we go downstairs to speak with the front desk, completely useless. I am not the type of tourist to travel and expect everyone to speak my language, be it English, Spanish, or Dutch, however; I work in tourism and it is just common sense that in a hotel in the centre of an international tourist destination that the hotel staff speak enough of one of the major languages spoken in the same hemisphere, at least the words for common things in the hotel. segue alguns itens que resultaram na insatisfação:• Filtro do ar-condicionado extremamente sujo • Ducha suja • Demora de 15 minutos para aquecer a água, tanto na noite do dia 04 quanto na manhã do dia 05, às 6h • Enquanto usava o vaso sanitário, houve um gotejamento de água suja vindo do teto, o que acabou pingando em mim • O site informa que há piscina no local, porém, ela estava vazia • Há outros detalhes que comprometem o conforto, a qualidade e segurança da estadia, porém acredito que hotel tem conhecimento

Melhor relação custo-benefício da cidade
Eu adoro esse hotel. A localização é a melhor da cidade, a poucos quarteirões do Teatro Amazonas, o quarto é bem amplo, tem janela grande com ótima vista, é simples mas limpo e confortável. O café da manhã é farto, tb sem sofisticação mas com muitas opções. Na minha opinião é o único ponto fraco. Pra mim faltam opções mais regionais tipo tapioca (de preferência feita na hora). Tb acho os bolos muito secos e pouco saborosos. Mas tem os tradicionais misto quente, cachorro quente e ovos mexidos. Não é um café 5 estrelas (tb não é o q o hotel promete), pode melhorar um pouco (talvez até diminuir a oferta, em vez de 5 bolos, q tenha um só muito gostoso em vez de 5 mais ou menos), mas a experiência como um todo em muito positiva: ótima localização, quartos grandes e limpos, excelente atendimento e café da manhã muito decente. Excelente experiência e relação custo-benefício. Super indico.
