"Room was just as pictured with two great balconies down onto the street. But once balcony doors were closed the room was quiet. Staff was very friendly. Some more complete instructions would have been helpful about coffee availability in lounge and how to get new towels. "

"Great location, nice design apart from the woman hanging over the bed. Free coffee and friendly check in. Noisy nightlife just below, but we knew that. Internal soundproofing could also be better. Mind you - public overnight parking in Bilbao is €21"

"Bit of trouble accessing properly at first, as no access code came through!however it was sorted within 10min!by lovely memeb of staff!who worked in bar across road!!otherwise room/cleaning/was all good!Great shower!kitchen down below also good to have and washing machine and drying!only thing i have against is itz a 15 min away from central!so if you're looking to be bilbao itself??on a gd day!lovely walk along river!about 30min?i enjoyed walking along river!though a lot of changes going...

"Perfect small hotel in a wonderful location. I know there are some reviews stating people couldn't check in. We had no issues. We communicated once we landed in Spain our estimated ETA. Olats at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She gave us maps of the city, suggested sights to see, places to eat, and even gave us tips on transportation around Bermeo and to San Juan. "Great location in central Bilbao. Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Easy walk to the Guggenheim and the San Mames stadium. We got the 3247 bus from the airport and Grand Via 46 stop was a 10 minute walk on the flat to the accommodation. €4.50 per person. Worth noting that there are not a lot of Ubers in the city and taxis appear to be cheaper. We were €33 for the taxi back to the airport from the accommodation."
