"Enjoyed 4 nights here. Geraldine has supplied the apartment with everything we needed and then some. The bed was super comfortable, the neighborhood very quiet, the location to the lake trail very convenient and the laundry right in the apt was so helpful. We had the pleasure of meeting Geraldine and her husband and they were very hospitable. I highly recommend this place."

"Our family of four had a fantastic stay at Welcome Home Cottage. It is in a nice and quiet location and the house is great. Very cosy (can imagine it is great in winter!) with everything, and more, that you need. A short walk to the lake and the shopping area (café, restaurant/bar, takeways, a very interesting second hand shop, and the wee bookshop.We picked up groceries in Te Anau on the way. "A first class operation with nice extras in the room like the electric fireplace and coffee machine. Beautiful view of the lake and we would have enjoyed the patio more the second day except it rained. Town center is walkable where a selection of restaurants and shops are located. The combined washer/dryer was a challenge as getting the door to unlock to retrieve clothes was a mystery. "
