"We got a studio apartment at this motel and it was amazing. Great rain shower, washer/dryer in the room. Comfy bed with a ton of pillows - what’s not to clean. The best part was the full room view of the lake right outside sliding glass doors. Also convenient to many restaurants in town, as well as pick up and drop off locations for the Milford Sound tours (Trips and Tramps) and Glow worm cave experience. One of our favorite places to stay in New Zealand. Highly recommend. "

"Really nice, cosy cottage with everything you would need for a stay in Fiordland. Great location with the lake and the cafes/shop just 5-10 min walk away. Outside BBQ area was really cool and the house was very nicely decorated. Would definitely recommend to anyone. "
