Private backyard with just the right furniture — a table or lounge chairs. Chairs and umbrella for the beach. Edward is super easy to communicate with. No issues for him to navigate as the casa is updated but I’m sure he would have been right on it had anything come up. Would definitely rent again!"

"Nice clean place to stay, and great location especially if you have a pet. The yard is fenced in , equipped with a little putting green, and there is a small park just steps away. The house itself is equipped with everything you would possibly need --including a coffee maker and washer and dryer--and Jason the property manager was easy to communicate with and responds right way if you have any questions. "This was the perfect spot for a few days of relaxation. Just a short Uber ride to beaches and downtown. The bed was comfy, the space was perfect and the pool area was very private and secluded. Felt like we were at our own private resort. The only downside was the pool was very cold so we never got in it, but it looked beautiful and was very relaxing to sit outside. We enjoyed the beaches and downtown as well. "
