"Everything was good with house. There is a train that passed by at 3:30 AM and blew its whistle 3 times pretty loud."

"Our home in the area is just too small for our family to gather comfortably. This vacation rental was just right for all of our family to come and have a roomy and cozy place to gather. Our hostess, Nicole was very helpful in taking care of an issue. A very good experience!"

"The location on the Snake River is incredible and we had an amazing time with our 3 teenage children and our parents. We enjoyed the TV area, deck, boat launch, and fire pit. The owners were prompt to respond with questions. Three things made this trip 4 instead of 5 stars. First, the mattresses and bedding were very poor (30 yr old mattresses on every bed, some old bedding, some new but very cheep bedding on other beds). "The cottage is a super cute restored farm house. To see the history in this cottage is superb. The kitchen is well stocked and was extremely impressed with all the spices available! We didn't care for the AI property manager responses but the owners live right next door and are so super sweet! There was 7 of us and we had plenty of room. "

"We had everything we needed to entertain kids and to work while we were there for a week. Beds were comfortable, bedding is ample with extra blankets, a nice patio and great fenced in yard for the kids. We'll definitely be back."

"Location and view at this property was spectacular. The property was a little dirty but not terrible. Perhaps they don't clean prior to each new renter if it has been a while. There were cobwebs in a few places, the ceiling fans were very dirty and there was expired food in the cupboards. Hot Tub was clean but not hot, they were quick to respond and have it heated. Property description on Expedia does not indicate it is shared with the property next door if rented. We were shocked and waiting...

"There were some unexpected fees increasing the cost to nearly double the advertised price.Pros:Host was responsive and provided gas for the grill when needed. Great view and the hot tub was well maintained.Property was clean and looked nice. Cons:Entrance had ice that was not salted. Basement did not have heat.Fireplaces were difficult to operate/covered in ash. Only the living room would operate. Internet was unreliable and lost connection around 11pm until morning. "We came to this area to hunt. This place was quiet, clean had everything we needed. Having 2 bathrooms was a plus. The owner was great with communications. Oh, and the bed was very comfortable."

"It was so nice to be in a place big enough for our whole family, where we could all be together for 3 1/2 days!!! The area was also very beautiful! The rooms were plenty big for everyone to enjoy! The kitchen was well supplied and she even had a Christmas tree put up just for us to enjoy the spirit. "
