He cheerfully offered to bring in a portable A/C unit because my husband has COPD, and offered to help in any way possible. The house was ready early the day of arrival. "This historical home is just so cool. My kids kept finding new treasures throughout the home. We used it as homebase for my son's wedding and extended family and friends were very comfortable. Enough spaces, rooms and bathrooms for everyone to enjoy time together and apart. My kids LOVED the pool which was very comfortable temperature for September.
