"This was a nice location (close to lake placid town) with a few minor problems. There was construction going on next door which was not disclosed prior to renting the property. The construction was unfortunately very disruptive to our stay. The lake is great and would have been very peaceful but there was loud banging and hammers next door. I would have liked to be given a break in some ways financially due to the undisclosed construction. I informed the owner and he said “that sucks.” So...
