"Property is in a great location in Milan. Rooms are small but comfortable. Hotel is clean and well maintained with a modern vibe. Close to the Milan Central station. The area has shopping and easy access to all forms of public transportation. At night the area seems dark once some of the area store close, however it is still seems safe. Easy access from hotel to all main attractions with the subway and tram lines nearby. All in all great stay."

"This is a fantastic hotel in a prime location, just a few streets away from the Cathedral and with convenient tram and metro stops right outside. "Beautiful old traditional Italian hotel with excellent service. Really good breakfast a nice comfortable rooms. In good position in Milan would definitely stay there again. Only downside was the drilling which took place which was noisy when we were trying to have a rest in the afternoon. We’re definitely stay here again."

"Very nice stay. Very helpful receptionist. The regular barman in the evening couldn’t have been nicer. Walkable distance to train station and metro (which you should use cause it’s easy and safe). About a 20 minute walk from the duomo. Overall we had a great trip. "

"The hotel had essentials that made me very comfortable especially because I wanted to really relax rather than walk around Milan. A very functional Gym, sauna and pool. Staff was very helpful and kind. The building was very beautiful and the decors were incredible as well. I loved my stay at Una hotels slot and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. "The staffs are super friendly, Mr.Francesco V. showed me 4-5 rooms till I decided on the Junior suite. He also helped us with the luggages. There was another gentleman works at front desk, unfortunately I didn't grab his name. He helped us to process the room upgrade, and also recommend us restaurants. We will definitely revisit this hotel because of their amazing service."

"We stayed here one night - mainly to go see Atalanta v Juventus - 5 mins from Gewiss stadium - also only a 15 min walk to Citta Alta so great safe location. Room / Shower great and a fresh (self service) breakfast delivered to your room - Recommended. "

Good value for money

"The hotel appeared a bit old from the exterior but our room was actually in an upgraded area of the hotel and was quite comfortable. We even had a view of the old city centre on the hill. The location is fabulous as it's close to the funicular to the old town as well as being close to the city centre and the train station. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was nice. Overall, great stay!"

"We booked a last minute stay at this hotel for New Years Eve. We booked two rooms, and both were upgraded to have a lake view, and the hotel was kind enough to give us connecting rooms since we were there with our two tween sons. The hotel was in a PERFECT - PERFECT location!! The rooms were comfortable and had balconies. We would have had a perfect spot to watch all of the NYE fireworks, if not for the fact that our sons wanted to be on the lakefront. :) I absolutely recommend this hotel for a stay in Como!!!"
