Nice stay, good home
When the weather is so nice and around the house is good possibility to sit in the sun or the shadow, its very good. Inside all facilities are very complete. The road is busy but inside its quiet. We loved it.

Gut ausgestattetes kleines Haus. Kinder-Gastgeber. Einziger Hinweis: Der Eingang führt über eine instabile Betontreppe draußen und ein steiler kleiner Weg zur Haustür ist für ältere Menschen wie uns über 80 nicht sehr geeignet. Das lässt sich leicht mit einem Zick-Zack-Weg und/oder einem verbessern gutes Holzgeländer. In den Angaben fehlt auch, dass der Wohnraum im Norden liegt, sodass wir im Herbst, Winter und Frühling draußen keine Sonne gesehen haben. Dennoch ein toller Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern und Radfahren, auch für jüngere Leute.

Het onthaal was heel vriendelijk en zelfs in het Nederlands. Het huisje is klein maar alles wat er moet zijn is er. Het is kraaknet en het ruikt er heel fris. We gaan zeker nog eens terug in de zomer om er van de prachtige tuin te kunnen genieten. We hebben ondanks het slechte weer toch enkele mooie wandelingen gemaakt waarvan het startpunt op wandelafstand van het huisje is.

Op het eerste zicht lijkt het huisje te klein. Maar eenmaal geinstalleerd kan je niet knusser zitten. Je voelt je er echt thuis, lekker warm en languit in de zetel voor de tv, of met een boek tijdens de lange winteravonden. Wandelingen kunnen vanuit het huisje, naar alle windstreken. Een aanrader. de gastheren zijn ook super.

Mijn vriend en ik hebben, samen met onze twee honden, enorm genoten van ons verblijf in Malmedy. Het huisje is ideaal voor twee personen, maar met meer mensen toch net een beetje te klein. De tuin (met schaap, geit en kippen) is ideaal voor mensen met honden. Houd echter wel rekening met de trap van het balkon/terras naar de tuin en de trap aan de voorkant van het huis; zeker als er mensen/honden mee gaan die slecht ter been zijn (in ons geval: een hondje op leeftijd en een hondje met drie poten). Gelukkig zijn wij niet slecht ter been, dus was dat verder geen probleem voor ons. Het huisje (een knus, oud telegraafshuisje) ligt naast een drukke weg, maar binnen hebben wij daar verder geen geluidsoverlast van gehad. Verder hebben we goed geslapen op een prima matras en zijn we vriendelijk ontvangen door de eigenaren (de gastheer spreekt naast Frans ook Nederlands en de gastvrouw spreekt naast Frans ook Duits).

Het was een fantastische accomodatie. Alles wat je nodig had was er. Alles was netjes onderhouden, en zeer veel dingen die er nog bijzaten. En die je voor een kleine vergoeding kon gebruiken. Fantastische omgeving en ligging. Wij komen zeer zeker nog eens terug. Dikke duim omhoog voor de eigenaar. Tot snel.

Everything was perfect! The house was very clean, warm and cosy, with a nice garden and sauna. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We were arriving later than check in hours, and they kindly waited for us to give us the keys and show us the house. They were always available whenever we had any questions. We definitely recommend this place and will be very happy to stay here again.

Prachtige wandelingen gedaan, de 8 km. Begin naast de kerk. In bos en heel rustig,langs de Ambleve en veel sneeuw, ook een mooi stuk van stalagtieten geizien. Ons hondje heeft er ook veel pret aan beleeft. Knus huisje waar alles van voorzien was. En vriendelijke eigenaar.

Een heerlijk huisje, vlakbij alle bezienswaardigheden, maar uit de drukte. Een heerlijke plek voor ons met 2 kids, maar we kunnen ons ook voorstellen dat stellen zonder kids van deze plek genieten. Vwb het huisje, alles wat je nodig hebt is er...Een volwaardig gasfornuis met oven, magnetron en het is superschoon. De ontvangst was heel vriendelijk. Alles straalt uit dat de eigenaars de accomodatie hebben ingericht op een manier dat gasten niets tekort komen, het gevoel hebben dat ze thuis zijn en kunnen genieten. De kids hebben genoten van de grote trampoline. (9 en 10 jaar) en voor wat kleinere kinderen staat er een superleuk speeltoestel met een glijbaantje. Wat ons betreft een aanrader!
