"Front desk was very fast in check in. Vidyuth was very helpful in making the necessary arrangements. Ensured all luggages were sent to hotel rooms while we left for shopping as it was not check in time yet. It was completely hassel free which saved alot of time. "It started with a poor chek-in, where internet coverage was too bad and room was not very clean. in the new room internet coverage was better as modem was nearby. However the room was not looking fresh. The towel set was really bad (which was replaced later). The Display in the TV was full of lines and the mechanic told, it was like that in every room.
