"The room was clean and comfortable. The housekeeping service was also great and timely. All staff were friendly and supportive. Food was OK for me as a vegetarian and probably the best range of Veg Sandwiches I have had anywhere. The only thing I felt could do with a makeover was the Gym. I used it every day and the treadmills could do with a service and the weights area with an update and cleaned more often. But it is adequate for my stay."

"Basic accommodation in the Jayanagar area of Bangalore. If your expectations are low, then this place is for you. I requested a nonsmoking room that was quiet and away from the elevators. My booking was made 6 weeks in advance. Upon arriving, I was escorted to a room which smelled like walking into an ashtray. I reminded the staff that I requested a nonsmoking room, and then was placed in a room that was directly next to the elevators and located in the main stairwell. Please try to get...
