"Great experience overall but the sheets on the bed could be better and cleaner had spots on the pillow case. Itchy sheets. Could have better quality sheets. "

"I was a bit skeptical before my stay, I looked at the reviews and they were high so I gave it a shot. I was not disappointed, this place was clean and well kept. The owners/manager lived on site and I felt like the accommodations were actually better than many mainstream hotels. Sure not breakfast but I didn't pay for that either. I was very pleased with this location and would stay there again! "

"Gated back porch is where we spent most of our time. Kitchen perfect for making meals, living room and beds are comfortable. (Please note linens and towels are not provided)The ocean takes center stage with all the windows. North Topsail beach was perfect for shelling and all other ocean fun. "

"It doesn't work I couldn't even check in because no one was there we called the number they left on the sign, and they just said the property was for sale so they didn't give us the room. even worse they didn't even take care of my refund."

"It was convenient for me to get it. However the tub was lower then the floor my husband almost fell because of the difference of the level 's . I'm glad I was there to catch him. Overall the place was what I expected."

Great property, clean, bright, well kept
