"They need to pay attention to the little things. The curtain in our room was broken and would not close so as a result the morning sun would hit us right in the face upon sunrise. Most of the usb outlets did not work, the bathroom outlet was loose so if you tried to unplug your cable the complete outlet would come out of the wall, the furniture in the room was stained nasty looking. In the master bathroom you could see the holes where the old light fixtures used to be, the lamp shade next to my bed completely fell off because it was broken..the sheets and towels had a very bad smell, they should change what there using to wash there sheets and towels, for the prices they charge they should pay attention to these things, i think people would be alot happier. I will not stay there again because the price doesn't match what you get. It cost us over 1k for 4 nights..not worth it although the staff was AWSOME !! i was embarrassed for them. "

"I do have an issue I would like to address. During our stay the hotel had to be evacuated due to a fire in the resort, the resort does not have a fire alarm. I am deaf and if I didn’t have my implants on I would have no I idea that there was a fire. I believe it should be mandatory for the hotel to have a fire alarm system. The staff was excellent and went to check on rooms as well as accommodate the guests who were evacuated with chairs, drinks, water, and the resort also catered in meals until the kitchen was up and running again. "
