There is a cleaning fee and deposit, but Mrs. Ficat was very reasonable with any issues that popped up during checkout. "We went to Bedoin as a central location for cycling in the area. This house was excellent. Easy walking distance (literally 200 meters max) to town and all the things you might need (i.e. grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, market etc. That said, it is still in a quiet location.
