"The location is wonderful with game regularly visiting the river from the Kruger opposite. When we arrived, about a dozen elephant were wading across and hippo were wallowing. The rooms each have their own private terraces where fires are lit each night, and open up into a lovely common area where birds and the 3 incumbent nyala are encouraged. "A nice place to stay but very difficult out to find using Google or Apple Maps. Address listed wanted to take us many km out of our way. Suggest property post an address that Apple Maps and Google maps can find. "

"Hennie's rest is a lovely boutique B+B style (sans breakfast) with a kitchenette, a sitting area and a bedroom. The patio is splendid and overlooks the crocodile river, teeming with wildlife. We had close and memorable experiences with elephants that come over to grab a drink off the crocodile river and sometimes pay the locals a visit. The hostess is splendid ad very helpful. "Lovely property close to Malelane gate. The people who work here really make it feel like you’re visiting friendly relatives. It was a beautiful , restful stay for my kids and I. We enjoyed the lovely meals from the restaurant, the ambiance and view were also superb. Fun pool- the kids pool is super for young kids too. "
