"Very nice hotel in an excellent location that is perfect for seeing the old town square, the main sights, close to the Charles bridge etc. Loads of shopping and dining opportunities close by. "Lovely hotel in a great location, friendly and helpful staff. I would happily stay in the hotel ahaij because of the location and comfort of the hotel and nuce staff. My biggest issue is the shark in the tank, it has no room and is just constantly repeating the same movement and is in there alone. "We had a really good stay. Room was a good size and perfectly clean. We had breakfast one morning which was of a good quality. Our only gripe was that we were only offered one key. Reception offered for us to leave with them but that didn’t help when one person went to bed early as it meant we had to bother reception to let us in as our friend had the key in the room after letting himself in. "

"We stayed here for two nights. Hotel had a beautiful lobby and great bar. The rooms ran very warm, we couldn’t figure out how to change the settings so it didn’t feel like we were staying in a safari, also shower weren’t great, it’s a removable head but placed very low. Breakfast was great, tons of options. We used the gym and pool, you have to pay, it’s a nice amenity but very outdated space, esp the gym minimal equipment. "

"Very friendly and welcoming staff, the games room was a nice addition. Bed was relatively comfortable and the deluxe suite was a good size. The laundry room and sauna were great and unexpected additions. However, the photos on the website were a little misleading. The room decor needs some modernising: there were stains on the sofa, ceramic chips in the bathroom and an old stereo.
