"Difficult check in and out. Wanted pool towels and had to go back to check in and put deposit which is understandable but once again had to go to main desk and wait. They could have told us when we checked in. Also, had to call for them to lower temperature in room. They did but it was still hot."

"Couldn’t ask for a more perfect location. Staff are all wonderful and will do their best to provide excellent service. Food is always lovely. Relaxing areas to sit and drink wine or coffee both inside and outside.Rooms and suites are kept clean and to a high standard. Mini bar stocked with lots of choices of drinks, mixers, wine, beer, snacks - both sweet and savoury. Room service is excellent too.
