"Vincenzo is the manager what can I say, he did so much for us what a superstar. We were at a friends wedding for 4 days and there were all sorts of things we needed help with from cars being towed and lifts etc. He was amazing!! The place itself is fairly basic but clean. Breakfast basic but the local cafes have excellent and cheap paninis etc on offer so no issues. Very Close to the beach and restaurants. We walked into Sestri levante and it took 40 mins. "Not a friendly and inviting hotel,spa closed,wasp nest by pool side,not kids friendly or catered for. We had to eat out 2 nights because food was not acceptable and closed on a Saturday night . Less toiletries knowing you had 3 guest in a room but provided 1bath wash, why?? Wine selections not very good or nice"

"We had been traveling in Italy for 2 weeks when we arrived in Riomaggiorie and Terre Prime Suite. Veronica, the most amazing host we have ever met kindly provided transport from La Spezia train station to the Suite. Her adorable son serves as her Porter. "Beautiful location, restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. Lots of stairs on the property. Had a toy room and playground that our toddler loved. Easy to take the bus to Riomaggiore (10 min ride, 2.50 Euro per person)"
