"I stayed here for 4 nights and had an enjoyable stay. The hotel is a little dated but it was clean and comfortable. The room was basic but served it's purpose. Where the hotel really excelled was with it's abundant French breakfast of Juice,Croissant, jam, butter, bread and hot drinks. More than enough to prepare you for the day. The dinners were amazing. "The property met our needs, but there were some things that could have been better. On the upside, because we had young children along, the pool was a bonus. The donkeys, goats, chickens, and roosters were enchanting. On the downside, if someone wants to be close to the surrounding cities (Tours/Amboise) with pubs and restaurants, this is not the place. Also, the place needs some TLC and a good scrubbing."
