"The Da Vere Cotswold Water park hotel, has great facilities, good size bedroom and very comfortable beds. Food on the Brasserie was excellent but quite a limited dinner menu. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. Some staff were exceptional ( Barbara) and a man who welcomed us into the restaurant yesterday evening. "Birthday trip, staff were friendly and efficient, accommodation was clean and comfortable, we had room service for dinner and this was delivered promptly and was hot and tasty. The lakeside room was quiet and had lovely view over lake with only ducks, swans, geese, herons and Cormorants for company!"

"Lovely hotel for a short stay, the staff are all friendly and helpful, the room was spacious enough for a travel cot and had a large dressing area and lovely views of the garden. The breakfast and lunch was good, fresh ingredients and well seasoned. My only note would be that the travel cot provided had no mattress (just the thin hard one that comes with a travel cot), as they left a large blanket and sheet I wrapped the sheet around the blanket to make a mattress and it worked very well,...

"Excellent location to the centre and it really easy to walk to and we felt safe doing so at night. Unfortunately for us, we felt the room was noisy and we could hear other guests walking in the corridors and the rooms either side and above us. The bed was also very creaky. This is understandable with it being an old building but as a light sleeper and us having our dog with us this did make the stay harder and meant we didn’t sleep well. "We had a fantastic one night stay at the double tree Cheltenham. The bedroom was beautiful with a lovely bathroom. The service was second to none, from the barman to the fantastic waitress Justina who couldn’t do enough for us and made us feel welcome. We will definitely return "

"We (my partner, and my Mum) had a lovely stay here to celebrate my Mum's birthday and really appreciated the treats left for us! Check in was super easy with the lock box. The cottage is great for 2 guests as both bedrooms have an en suite (although the upstairs/loft bedroom doesn't have a door FYI).
