"The place was pretty but the listing was inaccurate. We booked specifically for the hot tub that was listed FOUR TIMES in the description of the property, warm showers or bathtubs seem kinda hard to find in Brazil and we have some people in our party with chronic pain that soaking relieves and we were very excited for that part of the listing. When we contacted the host about it they said they would refund us some money but then stopped replying to our messages. All in all the stay wasn’t bad...

"Passamos o feriado de Carnaval na casa, muito aconchegante, bem equipada e limpa, o espaço de lazer, piscina e churrasqueira interagem perfeitamente, amamos e com ctz iremos retornar...parabéns aos proprietários, claramente equiparam a casa para que os hóspedes fiquem bem instalados... ah, o senhor Moacyr que cuida da piscina é um amor de pessoa... gratidão!"

"Melhoraria com a instalação de novos chuveiros pois lá é muito frio a noite, chuveiro não esquenta, então tomar banho a noite é MORTE. Um banheiro na área da piscina e algum objeto na piscina que mantenha a agua se mexendo, pois a mesma é absurdamente gelada, mesmo em dias de sol. Mudando isso, chegarão a perfeição, a chácara é linda demais e o espaço dela é surpreendente."

"A Sra. Jevanett é bastante atenciosa e atendeu a todos os nossos requerimento. Curtimos bastante a natureza e a vizinhança bastante silenciosa, não tivemos problemas com músicas e som altos nem durante os feriados de Natal e Ano Novo. O fácil acesso a represa nos permitiu passeios de canoa e caiaque, expandindo nossas atividades diárias. A casa atendeu nossas expectativas e passamos dias muito agradáveis. "I love love the location. It's not a quiet one. Right on Paulista Ave with 3 malls in walking distance. Many restaurants. Easiness to get transportation. Communication were all in Portuguese how when I arrived some of attendants speaks English. I will return again. There is a good deal of security there."
