"This was a great hotel to stay at located on a quiet street with beautiful views of el cerro San Cristobal and the virgin at its peak, plus a nice view of the Sky Costanera (that is just a short walk away). The staff was courteous, professional and so very helpful. Felipe tried to help me with my SIM when I was having issues and was absolutely brilliant, well-intentioned and attentive. The team seems very happy to be working there and are always laughing, humming or singing along to the music. The food was really good, as well. A good breakfast - although, I would have liked more Chilean bread (una hallullita les mataria?!). And drinks on the rooftop bar on the roof were absolutely beautiful to watch the sunset. The metro station is a block away and super convenient to get to the main tourist attractions, and Bellavista is a little far but still within walking distance from the hotel. Very, very conveniently located. It was also very clean. My room was impeccable. The sheets were crisp, clean and of high quality. Great hotel. Great value for money. Quality stay. Comfortable and convenient. "

"Very comfortable hotel with lovely grounds and large pool. Specious rooms, excellent shower, quiet and very clean. Great food in the hotel restaurants. A very enjoyable 4-day stay. Note that the hotel is not centrally located, so it's a taxi ride into town, but it's quiet for that reason. "

"Enjoyed our stay here. Obviously the hotel is American in style, it did seem a little dated but the rooms were good, clean and with an excellent view. Check in was slow with a queue but staff were pleasant and helpful. The pool is lovely and we enjoyed relaxing there, the pool food service was excellent though the towel service was poor and unfriendly. Signposting and information in the hotel seems to be lacking, we had to ask for the Club lounge and hunt down various other areas, we could not find restaurant menus online and the concierge could not offer us any when we were trying to decide where to eat. I am happy to give this hotel full marks as it is good and we enjoyed our time here but I do feel that some aspects would benefit from attention."

"I enjoyed the atmosphere of Chilli’s heritage created by the decor . The restaurant produces great meals and the pool is lovely on a hot day . Easy to walk to major attractions and staff are always willing to help in any way. Hot showers were welcome also ! "
