"The shuttle is good but needs booking in advance, and the return to the airport gets full quickly - but definitely a huge convenience/bonus to have this. Super hotel with exceptionally comfy beds and blackout curtains, and good sound-proofing too. Super quick WiFi and breakfast, while not fantastic, was certainly more than adequate and filling. Overall highly recommended, especially after a long flight (and we're so grateful they let us check in very early)."

"The staffs in the restaurant and dining are very nice and pleasing with the diners- food is adequate and prepares well. Receptionist ( Claudio) is very courteous and helpful. He’s very professional and has a pleasing personality being the frontline of the hotel. Claudio also helped me with my bookings of essentials and must-see places in Santiago. My stage was only 4 days but it was enough for me to just relax and divert from my previous trip prior to Chile. But the hotel is well situated within my range to the airport. Very accessible too. "
