"Thanks for a wonderful stay! A couple of comments about the house. Love the way the place is decorated. There’s a strong mildew or musty smell when entering the home. Definitely need the fans upstairs so thank you! A couple of safety things - that bottom stair step is a doozy. Should have a warning about that. Two spindles on deck are broken. Only an issue because we had a toddler. Also it’s time to wash the shower curtains. Again, thank you, we had a nice family weekend in town. "

"This is a cute little house that is surprisingly well appointed inside. I just needed an overnight stay while dropping my daughter back at WVU and needed to bring our dog along. The house is super convenient to campus and had a great little yard for the dog. The home was nice and clean and the beds super comfy! I would definitely stay for a longer visit if needed!"

"We had the most enjoyable stay at this location. We were so pleasantly surprised at how accommodating the owner was. He was very quick to respond to questions and provided little niceties around the house. For example, in the bathrooms there was an Ooops I forgot something bag with a toothbrush, shaving cream, toothpaste, etc in a cute little bag and each bathroom provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. "We were a little skeptical when the owner had no exterior pictures of the property, but the house was really nicely done on the inside. There were some discrepancies between the listing and the actual property (original listing had room for 14 when it was 12, had 7 parking spots listed but those are shared with the lower level and the couches were not pull outs). The interior is brand new and is a great open space where we could all hang out. Bed rooms were fine. Kitchen has all the essentials....
