"Lovely hotel and staff. I spent a few nights in a double room. It was clean, quiet at night and the bed was comfortable. The bar is handy for a Sunday afternoon with a great out door seating area. Breakfast was great too. Lovely and friendly staff. Good all round."

"Quiet even by the airport. Easy to get in to Rochester and surrounding places. Easy available parking. Loved the pool, steam room and sauna….really missed the hot tub/jacuzzi as it was not working. Great variety and quality at breakfast. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!"

"I've stayed here on a number of occasions over the last decade and a bit. I've always found it to be friendly, with good beer and good food. My only reservations are that in colder months, the chalets can be a bit on the cool side despite having heaters. However, on this occasion, I was in one of the newer rooms and the bathroom was nice and warm in the morning and best of all contained a walk-in shower stall, far better than clambering over a bath tub! The pub itself has remained a decent hostelry, with a good choice of drinks. There is always a good local beer or two on tap. The food is usually very good, if a bit on the pricey side. I had calf's liver the first night which was very tasty and well presented. Breakfasts are amongst the best I have on my travels, with all contents of the plate well cooked and presented. The staff are always friendly, chatty and helpful and I will certainly continue to stay here when down in Kent. Highly recommended also for leisure as it is positioned brilliantly for Leeds Castle, Canterbury, Chatham and the Kent Weald. Problem is I'm always at work when here!"

"Stone Court House was very welcoming even from pre arrival emails re parking etc . Very helpful. The owner, Saban was very informative and lovely to chat to. The whole place is very special, with lovely sitting areas and rooms. Our only thought, was if you have mobility issues, ask for a room on the ground floor, as there is no lift to the 3 floors. Also request one of the shower rooms. The others have a deep free standing bath with a shower hose, as we did, which can be tricky to get in/out of safely. It was a delightful place to stay, well located and parking nearby. "

"Stopped here en route to Italy by car. Lovely location, very peaceful. Very pleasant and warm welcome, we were shown us up to our room.Excellent room with all facilities, bed very comfortable. Very good meal, drinks reasonably priced. Good breakfast, however service a little slow. Would definitely come back."
