Inhaber ist sehr nett, immer hilfsbereit, hat uns gute Tipps zum Ausflüge gegeben, wir dürfen sogar früher einreisen. Haus ist gross, hat schöne pool, aussenküche und Grill. Nicht zu weit von Strand und zum Zentrum. Bäckerei um die Ecke. Küche ist nur am 1 OG, was sehr unpraktisch ist, daswegen haben wir nur aussenküche genutzt. "This was a great place for our first “home” in Spain after moving to Empuriabrava on a long term visa. The house was small and efficient with a washer and clothes line. The property has a continuous wall and locking gate so it was perfect for our dogs. Thee are also a pair or cushy patio chairs to enjoy the wonderful weather and Tramuntana winds. "The house is beautifully renovated in a Catalan style, traditional to this area. It has everything you need for short or long term stays and is very homely. The village (Palalda) is a perfect location on the south facing (sunny!) side of the mountain. Great for sports as there are so many cycling, running/ hiking routes in the area and it is close to the lake at Saint Jean and not far from the coast."

Es Bietet drei Schlafzimmer, elektrische Rollladen und mehr. Die Einfahrt ist allerdings nicht benutzbar, parken muss man vor der Tür auf der Straße. Leider ist der Pool aufgrund seiner unfassbar niedrigen Temperatur praktisch nicht benutzbar."

Tout était bien dans la maison, Si nous devions faire juste un reproche est sur l accès à la piscine il n y a que trois marches pour descendre dans la piscine de 1, 55 m de profondeur. "We really enjoyed our stay in La Rectoria, The house's very thick walls and spaciousness enabled us to relly enjoy our time there. The gardens are beautiful and the pool was a big plus. The only reasons I did not give it 5 stars is that it has only 2 bathrooms even though it sleeps 24 persons so it would be helpful to have a separate toilet and sink on the lower floor.
