"The Mora Zanzibar is an excellent hotel. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because of small issues. First the room cleaning service was mediocre. The additional services are pricey. The staff at the Horizon was amazing which made the stay that more enjoyable. They offer a variety of restaurants but you need to book through the app prior to arriving others you may be out of luck. Overall great stay and I would recommend to family and friends. "

Esther at the front desk was very accommodating on our last day- our flight wasn't until late at night so got a lovely extra late check out. The food each day was prepared fresh and most delicious!
