"The staff was very friendly and accommodating even through two complications. First the battery on the room door was dead so I could not get in because the card could not activate the door lock. Second, the toilet in the new room they sent me to was plugged. The staff was very helpful and corrected both problems quickly and pleasantly. Gratefully there were no more issues."

Poor communication between management and front desk: booked room on 26 Sept. arrived on 3 Oct. and no-one new at front desk knew about my arrival. The room chosen was no longer available. Simply terrible experience. After complaining with front-desk staff, two days later management was unaware....simply disgusting."
